1)Proliferate(noun)  (प्रसार) : pr-lif-er-ey-shun
Meaning -a rapid increase in the number or amount of something.
Synonyms –  growth, spread, escalation, expansion
Antonyms – decline, nonproliferation, abatement, cutback, alleviation
Example – As cell phones become more and more multi-functional, their use continues toproliferate and you see them and hear them just about everywhere you go.

2)Emptor (noun) (खरीदार):  emp-tor
Meaning – a person who makes a purchase; a buyer.
Synonyms -client,consumer,customer,purchaser
Antonyms – Supplier, broker, dealer  hawker, Marketer, seller
Example -As a Car emptor , I am more interested in safety and reliability than speed.

3)Spurious(adjective) (जाली, नक़ली):  spyoor-ee-us
Meaning – not real or genuine, not being what it purports to be;
Synonyms – fake, bogus, specious, false, counterfeit
Antonyms – Real, original, authentic
Example – After receiving a low appraisal on my diamond ring, I realized the suspicious-looking jeweller had sold me a spurious ring.

4)Immutable (adjective) (अडिग): ih-myoo-tu-bull
Meaning –  unchanging over time or unable to be changed.
Synonyms-:   unchangeable, fixed, set, rigid, inflexible
Antonyms – changeable, capricious, flexible, mutable
Example –  Although I tried to get the bank president to change his mind about giving me the loan, I finally realized his decision was immutable.

5)Daunted (verb) (क़ाबू में करना) – dawn-ted
Meaning – make (someone) feel intimidated or apprehensive.
Synonyms –  intimidate, abash, take aback, shake, ruffle
Antonyms – composed, dauntless, bold
Example -Some people are daunted by technology.

6)Intensify(verb)  (तीव्र करना) – in-ten-si-fay
Meaning – to make something more intense
Synonyms –  escalate, step up, boost, increase, raise
Antonyms -decrease,diminish,discourage,dull,halt
Example – Your pain will intensify greatly if you decide to play sports with a broken limb.

7)Caveat(noun) (चेतावनी) – ca-ve-at
Meaning – a warning of the limits of a particular agreement or statement
Synonyms-  caution, admonition, monition
Example – Before you make your final decision, you must consider the caveat in this agreement.

8)Speculation (noun)  (सट्टा , अटकलबाज़ी ) – spek-yu-ley-shun
Meaning – the act of trading/investing in an asset, stocks, property, etc. in the hope of gain but with the risk of loss,  the forming of a theory or conjecture without firm evidence,
Synonyms- gamble, chance
Antonyms – Fact, surity
Example – Father dismissed the proposal of the son for an investment as it was a speculation.

9)Undermine (verb)  (कमजोर करना) –  under-mine
Meaning –  lessen the effectiveness, power, or ability of, especially gradually or insidiously
Synonyms –  weaken, hinder, sabotage
Antonyms – strengthen, support, bolster, reinforce
Example –  Do not let the moments of stressundermine your years of hard work in this work.

10)Caveat Emptor (noun) –  (सावधान क्रेता )
Meaning –  The principle that the buyer alone is responsible for checking the quality and suitability of goods before a purchase is made.
Synonyms -account, acquisition
Example –  Property investment comes with the inherent risk of caveat emptor, therefore it is important to learn as much as possible about the property prior to purchase.

11)Money Trail(noun)  –
Meaning –  A series of connected financial transactions and exchanges, especially when revealed during the investigation of a crime.
Example –  When CBI raided the chief minister, the unexpected money trail stories came into limelight
