Dear Students,
Congratulations for qualifying SBI Assistant Pre Exam. Cut-off for this exam is 57 (General) and it seems that vacancies for Maharashtra have increased manifold. You have 11 days in hand, do not panic under such circumstances, kindly follow following points while preparation.
1. Highest chance for improvement in this 11 days is in General Awareness, so spare atleast 3 hours / day for this section. Along with capsule reading also focus on group discussion.
2. Topic wise study won’t help in this limited span, solve previous SBI Assist. Mains (2016), IBPS Assist. Mains (2016 & 2017), RRB Assist. Mains (2016 & 2017) and if time permits also solve PO Mains Papers. For analysis and doubt clearing, do consult respective faculties.
3. IBPS Clerk Mains (2017) Paper was very difficult so cut-off was only 90 (approx) so do not get panic, if difficulty level of paper is higher.
4. As difficulty level of paper would be higher, attempt mock SBI papers on alternate day. This strategy provide time for effective analysis of paper.
5. In Quant revise following topics – Data Interpretation (Commercial Maths mix, Missing DI etc.), Permutation, Combination & Probability, Mensuration, Data Sufficiency and Commercial Maths.
6. In LR revise following topics – Seating Arrangement & Puzzles (Advanced), Data Sufficiency, New Pattern Coding & Syllogism and Higher Reasoning.
7. In English revise all new pattern problems.
Also have continuous discussion with faculties for preparation and to relieve mental stress.
