1) Vie (verb)  (होड़ करना):  vaa-e
Meaning –  compete eagerly with someone in order to do or achieve something/to take part in a contest or competition
Synonyms – compete, contend, contest, struggle, fight, battle
Antonyms- agree,aid,assist,help.support
Example –  After the semifinal matches are complete, the winning teams will vie for the trophy.

2) Articulate (verb)   (स्पष्ट):   arti-cu-lat
Meaning –  expressing oneself clearly/express (an idea or feeling) fluently and coherently.
Synonyms – express,  communicate,  state, set forth,  assert, divulge
Antonyms-  inarticulate, hesitant, unintelligible
Example –  The president is known for his ability to articulate his thoughts in front of millions of people.

3) Joust (verb)   (लड़ाई):  just
Meaning –  compete closely for superiority.
Synonyms – combat, contest, fight.
Antonyms- accord,compliance,affinity
Example -Lawyers joust in the courtroom to win the case.

Meaning –  direct and honest/(of a person or their manner or speech) direct and outspoken.
