2009 – भारत ने नेपाल के साथ लगी अपनी सीमा पर तीन बड़े बाँधों के निर्माण के लिए 9.45 करोड़ रुपये की आर्थिक सहायता दी। किरण कार्णिक सत्यम के नए अध्यक्ष बने।
